Reporting to the General Superintendent, your role involves detailed coordination of trades, materials, and schedules. You will ensure high-quality project execution, driving safety measures and aligning team efforts for successful outcomes. Strong communication with various stakeholders is key to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project execution and maintain quality control
• Inspect sites for safety compliance and progress
• Hold daily progress meetings with site teams
• Review documentation and inspection schedules
• Address any quality or safety issues proactively
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in construction, with 3 in supervision
• Journeyperson certificate or relevant experience
• Familiarity with MS Office 365, Procore, Outbu...
