Ledcor is seeking an experienced Roller Operator for their Highway Construction projects throughout Alberta. Your role will focus on safely operating rollers while supporting team safety on-site.
As a Roller Operator, you will bring your past experience to various projects from May to November, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with equipment operators. You'll employ your skills in compacting materials efficiently while maintaining equipment to promote safe working conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate multiple sizes of rollers on-site
• Collaborate closely with other operators and teams
• Utilize compacting knowledge effectively in projects
• Perform maintenance checks on roller equipment
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Highway Construction as a Roller Operator
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Clean driver's abstract and valid driver’s license
• Must pass drug and alcohol tests pre-employment
