Job Description
SQUIRE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC. seeks an experienced Property Manager to handle condo operations. In this role, foster relationships while managing budgets, inspections, and vendor services effectively.
You will be the main point of contact for your assigned portfolio, ensuring proactive maintenance and compliance. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy and possess strong organizational skills. You will enforce bylaws, oversee community safety programs, and manage emergencies as needed while leading special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate maintenance and inspection processes

Requirements:
• 2+ years of property management experience required
