TAG Management is looking for an experienced Property Manager based in Hamilton, ON, for a full-time hybrid role. Utilize your CMRAO License while managing condominium properties and ensuring resident contentment.
As part of TAG Management, you will oversee the daily functions of residential condominiums, providing exceptional support for both owners and the Board. This position requires expertise in maintaining records, managing budgets, and complying with regulations. Your communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in responding to owner inquiries and facilitating property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily management of condominium residential properties
• Guide operations in compliance with the Condominium Act
• Address resident needs and resolve issues effectively
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure timely repairs
• Analyze and present property financial performance
