PenEquity Inc. is looking for a skilled Property Accountant for a hybrid role in the Downtown Core. Contribute to financial processes through the accurate production of financial statements and effective tenant relations.
As part of the accounting/finance team, you will report to the Manager of Accounting. Your role will focus on producing monthly financial statements, reconciling accounts, and supporting property management. You'll handle tenant invoicing and ensure compliance with financial regulations while driving process improvements, enhancing your professional growth in accounting.
