As a Project Director, you will report directly to the Operations Vice-President and be accountable for all project operations. Your expertise in cost control, subcontractor management, and client negotiations will play a pivotal role in our mission to exceed community expectations while upholding quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Supervise all phases of project management and operations
ā¢ Conduct monthly profitability studies to assess performance
ā¢ Manage subcontractor contracts and ensure compliance
ā¢ Facilitate teamwork among project staff and professionals

Requirements:
