Job Description
Be a key player in manufacturing success as a Production Scheduler at GGS Structures, located in Vineland Station, Ontario. Your role will be vital in ensuring production runs efficiently and effectively.
You will coordinate various aspects of production, including material readiness, labor allocation, and engineering inputs. Daily monitoring of production flow and active resolution of issues will be essential, as will leading discussions on safety and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate labor and production schedules based on priorities
• Actively monitor production progress and mitigate risks
• Ensure tools and equipment are prepared for daily tasks
• Maintain clear visuals and metrics on the shop floor
• Lead meetings to discuss production readiness and performance
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of related scheduling experience
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
