WPS is hiring an experienced Plumber to support our Responsive Maintenance team in Winchester. Join us in providing outstanding plumbing services to social housing residents.
As a key member of our maintenance team, your expertise in plumbing will help ensure efficient and timely repairs. You’ll need an NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and the ability to tackle a range of maintenance tasks while delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication and collaboration skills will be essential as you work with colleagues and contractors on more complex jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform plumbing repairs and renewals throughout the contract
• Manage minor maintenance tasks using multi-trade skills
• Collaborate effectively with team members and contractors
• Utilize a PDA for managing job updates and details
• Communicate needs for follow-up work to schedulers
