Reporting & Responsibilities

You will report directly to the Finance & Supply Chain Manager, managing payroll input, reviewing registers, and addressing inquiries from employees and government agencies. Your primary focus will be a smooth payroll process from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the bi-weekly payroll function for Cรดtรฉ Gold Mine
  • Process payroll journal entries and adjustments accurately
  • Track and maintain employee data in payroll systems
  • Ensure compliance with payroll legislation
  • Act as the point of contact for payroll-related inquiries
