Reporting & Responsibilities
You will report directly to the Finance & Supply Chain Manager, managing payroll input, reviewing registers, and addressing inquiries from employees and government agencies. Your primary focus will be a smooth payroll process from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the bi-weekly payroll function for Cรดtรฉ Gold Mine
- Process payroll journal entries and adjustments accurately
- Track and maintain employee data in payroll systems
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation
- Act as the point of contact for payroll-related inquiries
