Utilize your locksmithing expertise with the University of Calgary's Facilities Management team. This full-time position involves vital lock and key services across the campus.
In this role, you will be an integral part of ensuring that key systems and hardware operate smoothly, contributing to a secure campus environment. You'll engage in technical tasks like installation, repair, and maintenance of locks while leading interactions with various stakeholders. Safety and proper handling of tools in diverse workspaces are key components of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure installation and maintenance of lock systems
• Design and implement master key systems
• Coordinate with customers and team members for service requests
• Input work requests and monitor task progress
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational policies
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of commercial locksmithing experience
• Must possess a Locksmith Trade Certification
