Job Description
Draganfly Innovations Inc. is on the lookout for an Experienced In-House Counsel armed with 3–5 years of post-call experience. This role centers on providing legal support in commercial transactions and regulatory frameworks.
In this hands-on position, you will partner with various business units to ensure legally sound practices regarding compliance and corporate governance. Your proficiency in drafting contracts and negotiating agreements will be essential while contributing to the company’s focus on innovative technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
• Advise on aviation and export control regulations
• Support corporate governance including board documents
• Manage disputes and work with external counsel
• Develop and maintain contract templates and policies
