We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to provide high-quality technical support to end users across the organization. The job is part-time (3-4 days per week, 9am-5pm) in central Manhattan location. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, and hands-on experience supporting desktops, laptops, networks, and common business applications in a fast-paced environment.
