Job Description
Become an integral part of our team as an HSE Manager, driving excellence in Health, Safety, and Environmental practices from our camp location near Lanigan, SK. Enjoy a 7 on/7 off schedule in a dynamic role.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the delivery of HSE programs while fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization. Your experience will allow you to effectively mentor teams, conduct investigations, and implement necessary safety measures. Knowledge of various regulations and the ability to navigate audits will further enhance your contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote organization-wide safety culture and initiatives
• Support incident investigations to identify corrective actions
• Maintain compliance documentation for audits
• Conduct field inspections and provide guidance
• Attend and facilitate safety meetings and orientations
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in a relevant HSE role
• Required NCSO, HAS, CTSP,...
