Job Description
Miller Group is hiring an Experienced Dispatcher to oversee scheduling and management of deliveries. This is an essential role in coordinating with customers and drivers.
Reporting directly to the Dispatch Supervisor, you'll play a key role in managing dispatching software and customer interactions. This position requires strong organizational skills to process orders and create delivery plans effectively. You'll need to handle challenges efficiently and take on additional tasks when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage GPS dispatching software system
• Schedule drivers based on delivery requirements and logistics
• Ensure client communication regarding order statuses
• Administer documentation for safety and compliance
• Handle driver hours and resolve issues professionally
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in dispatching
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Familiarity with Concrete or Construction industries...
