Job Description
Lead construction projects effectively as an Experienced Superintendent. Manage daily operations ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules while mentoring site personnel.
In this key position, you will guide all aspects of ICI project execution valued up to $40 million. Collaborate with various stakeholders to oversee the work environment and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your role will involve problem-solving and continuous improvement through Lean methodologies and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day construction operations on-site
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety
• Collaborate on project schedules and site logistics
• Administer COR™ safety protocols diligently
• Facilitate communication during site meetings and inspections
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience managing ICI projects
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
