The Senior Captain at Block 108 is responsible for overseeing the dining room operations, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. This role involves managing waitstaff, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The Senior Captain will also train and mentor junior staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for all patrons.
