This role is suitable for someone with strong hands-on baking experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a busy bakery environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare, mix, knead, mould and bake bread, rolls and other bakery products. Follow recipes, production schedules and quality standards. Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, proofers and dough machinery. Monitor dough quality, baking times and finished product presentation. Ensure all products are baked fresh and ready for daily customer demand. Maintain a clean, safe and organised bakery work area. Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
