Corryong Family Bakery is seeking a dedicated and experienced Baker to join our friendly local team. This role is suitable for someone who is passionate about traditional baking and committed to producing fresh, consistent and high-quality products for the community. Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake breads, rolls, buns, scrolls and other bakery products. Measure, mix, knead, scale, mould and shape dough according to recipes. Manage fermentation, proofing, oven temperatures and baking times. Follow daily production schedules and ensure products are available on time. Finish bakery products with glazes, icings, toppings and other decorations. Check ingredients and finished products for quality and freshness. Maintain stock levels and store ingredients correctly. Follow food safety, hygiene and occupational health and safety requirements. Clean and sanitise bakery equipment, utensils and work areas.
