Job Description
The Exhibitor Services Specialist is an entry‑level role responsible for providing frontline support to exhibitors throughout the event lifecycle, with a primary focus on pre‑show preparation and remote support during live events. This role builds foundational knowledge of Exhibitor Services systems, processes, and service standards while delivering accurate, timely, and professional customer support through multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities and Essential Job Duties
+ Respond to exhibitor inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
+ Enter and update exhibitor orders, payments, and account information in company systems.
+ Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), service guidelines, and compliance requirements.
+ Interpret exhibitor manuals, order forms, and event documentation to assist customers.
+ Provide remote support to on‑site teams during active events as assigned.
