**Description**
SAIC is seeking a **Joint Training & Exercise Campaign Analyst** located at **Camp Smith in Hawaii** to support **USPACOM J75** to help shape and execute the USPACOM Joint Training and Exercise Campaign Plan along with associated exercise events.
**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
+ Develop joint training concepts that support the Joint Training Plan (JTP) including Field Training Exercises (FTX), Command-Post Exercises (CPX), and training support activities and investments.
+ Support the USPACOM J75 by maintaining a deliberate plan of action with milestones for the JTP in addition to production of required orders, briefings, and planning deliverables.
+ Apply operational art to solve complex problems in a dynamic geostrategic security environment, aligning the training campaign with the Theater Campaign Plan (TCP) and the USPACOM Joint Exercise Programs (JEPs).
