Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring correct quantities and item descriptions.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits, reconciling any inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to avoid damage, loss, or quality deterioration.
- Monitor stock levels regularly and inform management about low inventory or replenishment requirements.
- Oversee the issuance and receipt of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders (POs), delivery challans, and invoices for accuracy.
