• To formulate policies & process for all corporate customer touch points, & operational teams and develop system to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, risk mitigation & business growth.

Communication & Operational Support

• Ensuring effective communication with internal customers that delivers relevant, consistent and useful information Ensure smooth coordination and strong follow up with Product owners and other departments to meet all SLAs Implementation of best practices & be able to perform ad-hoc tasks with good quality within defined timelines
