Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the Mento platform
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills
• Communicate with members via email or chat between sessions
• Share coaching tools and insights to enhance community practices
• Act as an ambassador of the Mento community with empathy and respect

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience as a Director, VP, or senior strategy & operations leader
• Proven experience managing strategy & ops teams and coaching individuals
• Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months
• Capacity to commit 3-5 hours per week
• Based in North America or Europe
• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
