Overview: 
We are seeking a motivated R&D Executive / Sr. Executive to support the development of new paint formulations and enhancement of existing products. The role involves laboratory experimentation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality Control and Production teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality coating solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct laboratory experiments to develop and refine paint formulations
Test raw materials and additives for suitability in product development

Record, analyze, and document experimental data accurately

Collaborate with QC and production teams for smooth scale-up of lab-developed products

Assist in developing cost-effective and durable formulations

Prepare technical reports and product specifications

Stay updated on industry trends, new raw materials, and technologies

Ensure compliance with ISO and company standards during R&D activities
