Job Description
Overview
We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better. This position will report into the Executive Sous Chef, Operations and will supervise an assigned section of the kitchen. The role will further deputize for the Executive Chef, Operations during his/her absence.
Responsibilities
- Culinary lead in absence of the Executive Chef, Operations.
- Prepare daily production sheet and assign tasks to employees.
- Train and monitor employees on proper work procedures and production of products.
- Responsible for daily production and labour planning (OPRS) and reporting.
- Supervise assigned section to ensure recipes are produced according to approved specifications.
- Responsible for accurate material ordering in the production area.
- Ensure adherence to HACCP and regional safety regulations in compliance with gategroup policies and procedures.
