Executive - Shipping (Import)

Job Purpose:

• Execute and coordinate inbound shipping operations to achieve timely customs clearance, container delivery, and accurate system tracking for latex and porcelain former shipments.
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Planning, Forwarding Agents, and internal stakeholders to manage shipment documentation, delivery schedules, operational exceptions, free‑time compliance, and logistics cost control, including intercompany and local deliveries.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage inbound shipment forecasting by reviewing and updating forecast files and coordinating PO ETAs with supplier shipment schedules.
2. Verify and finalise all shipping documentation at least one day prior to vessel arrival.
3. Assign and coordinate Forwarding Agents for incoming latex shipments based on approved allocations.
