RESPONSIBILITIES

The role supports non‑profit and social enterprise clients by providing accounting, HR, and consultancy services, including digitalisation and financial process improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform accounting, financial reporting, payroll, GST, tax and other shared services functions for our clients
• Ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery of services to maintain good client relationships
• Assist Client Services Managers/Senior Executives in liaising with clients on assigned tasks
• Address clients' accounting/audit queries and requests in a timely, professional manner
• Guide volunteers and interns in the delivery of services and problem‑solving
• Coordinate and schedule ongoing volunteer or intern sessions
