We are looking for a meticulous and driven Executive / Senior Executive, Compensation & Benefits (C&B) to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll while supporting a broad range of compensation and HR initiatives.
Beyond payroll operations, you will gain valuable exposure to salary benchmarking, workforce budgeting, compensation analysis and HR projects that contribute to organisational effectiveness.
