Job Description

Job Purpose

The Executive Engineer, BPLRT Rolling Stock, is to provide engineering solutions to reliability problems affecting Rolling Stock. He will be required to independently conduct defect troubleshooting, failure analysis, reliability trending, and develop engineering solutions to the problems identified.

Responsibilities

  • Work in any SMRT Maintenance Depots or facilities.

  • Work in rotating or fixed shifts (i.a.w. MOM guidelines).

  • Work at heights to perform engineering activities (Training and qualifications will be provided by company).

  • Support in budget planning and prudent use of budget.

  • Comply with quality procedures, workplace safety and health requirements, security regulations and safety requirements.

  • Work effectively with Ops and Maintenance staff from the Lines as well as other engineering departments to investigate defects. To develop methods, propo...
