Vehicle Ordering:

  • Raise vehicle production orders.
  • Submit vehicle orders for management’s approval.
  • Create vehicle details in the system.
  • Track, upload and report shipment arrivals.
  • Report on vehicle inventory.
  • Assist vehicle stock take.

    • Duty Permit Declarations:

  • Declare duty permit in the Customs Portal upon shipment arrival.
  • Update duty permit detail in the system.
  • Submit duty payment to Finance Department

    • Vehicle Storage Allocation:

  • Efficiently allocate storage space for incoming vehicles

    • Vehicle Homologation:

  • Liaise with factory to obtain vehicle test report/documents/letter.
  • Submit homologation documents, photos, and application via LTA Portal.
  • Ensure homologation approval before vehicle launches.
