Position Summary:
Indus Action is looking for an Executive, Operations who can work with the Directorate of
Elementary Education, Govt. of Tripura and drive the implementation of RTE 12(1)(c) in the state
and ensure that children from vulnerable backgrounds can access quality education in private
schools. A minimum of 1.5 years of commitment is expected from the person. The Executive,
Operations will ensure technical support to the Department in the policy, process formulation and
day-to-day execution support.
Role and Responsibilities (including KRAs):
As a Executive, Operations, you will be responsible for the following:
Set up or improvise the MIS system and use technology to ensure smooth policy
implementation.
Lead operations in the state and ensuring
An increase in awareness levels of communities
An increase in the fill rate with the goal of 60% by 2027 academic year
