Job Description
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to manage PS Core O& M operations and proactive KPI monitoring to ensure timely detection and resolution of network anomalies.
Job Responsibilities:
Network Availability
- To ensure PS Core availability at 99.999%. Taking preventive measures to maintain it including routines,
- Ensure end to end connectivity and health checks
KPI Monitoring and reporting
- To do regular KPI monitoring to see for any abnormality followed by resolution.
- Provide required reporting to the concerned with the analysis based on the physical alarms and failure reasons.
- Upgrade/Patch Implementation to support the upgrade / patch implantation on adhoc basis for new versions / new services.
Spare Parts Management
- To keep updated record of VAS nodes spares inventory and raise the requirement to Team Leads and coordinate with vendor/NOC tea...
