Job Description
OVERVIEW The Sourcing Executive is responsible for supporting the development and execution of sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, and vendor management for assigned categories. This role focuses on conducting market research and analysing spend data, managing supplier engagements, and supporting contract negotiations under the guidance of the Strategic Sourcing Team Lead and/or Procurement Manager / Assistant Manager
This role ensures procurement activities meet business needs while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures. Acting as a bridge between stakeholders and suppliers. Strategic Sourcing Prepare and perform RFQ/RFP end to end.
Assist in the development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Conduct basic market research and supplier profiling to assess capability and competitiveness.
Support spends analysis to identify opportunities for consolidation and cost savings.
