Job Description
Verified Data Room is a technology company serving private market investors, based in Lisbon. Our Founder needs a capable right hand: someone who keeps the office running, the paperwork moving, and the day-to-day friction of both work and life out of the way.
This is a hybrid role, roughly 70% executive and office support and 30% personal assistance. One day you might be reconciling expenses and receiving a delivery at the office; the next, booking an appointment, coordinating a repair at the Founder's home, or handling an errand across town.
