A leading lifestyle hospitality group is looking for an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to lead pastry and bakery innovation across a portfolio of premium dining concepts.
What you'll do:
- Lead pastry & bakery strategy across multiple brands
- Drive new product and menu innovation
- Ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence
- Mentor and develop pastry teams
We're looking for:
✔ Executive/Corporate/Head Pastry Chef experience
✔ Strong pastry & bakery expertise with product development experience
✔ Experience managing multi-outlet operations is a plus
✔ International pastry education/training is preferred
✔ Available to join within 2 months
