Executive- Technical Support We are looking for an experienced brewery professional to strengthen our Manufacturing Excellence team. Key Responsibilities * Exposure of brewing, fermentation, filtration, packaging, utilities, engineering, and quality systems across breweries. * Identify process gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities, and drive CAPA implementation. * Benchmark brewery performance and support manufacturing excellence initiatives. * Review engineering projects, utilities, process optimization, and techno-commercial proposals. * Prepare technical reports, MIS, KPI dashboards, and management presentations. * Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Finance teams to improve operational performance and cost efficiency.
