Job Description
We are looking for an experienced executive de ama de llaves to work in USA with TN visa (we will guide the visa process).
Location : Amherst, NY
Salary : $65k - $72k annually
Position Overview
Responsible for the operation and management of the housekeeping and laundry departments to ensure maximum service quality. Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the hotel including rooms and public areas.
Responsibilities
- Communicate, observe and listen to Guests, Associates, and peers to give information, and answer any questions
- Carry out specific oral and written instructions in order to properly complete job duties
- Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Work in a fast pace environment
- Possess effective problem solving skills, listening skills, and great attention to detail also cope with stress and meet deadlines
