Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Hospitality qualification will be advantageous.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a senior housekeeping role within a hotel, lodge, guesthouse, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Previous supervisory or management experience essential.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must have own reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work as a live-out employee.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
