Location: 1804 Crowchild Trail NW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Coast Hotels is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department at our newly branded hotel. This role focuses on operational excellence, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Creates and implements a departmental plan and measurable objectives for the Housekeeping department
- Manages and oversees the work of others within housekeeping including delegating workflow, motivating team members, communicating goals, providing recognition, developing culture, and following up on internal/external inquiries.
- Forecasts and proactively addresses needs, coordinates inspections, ensures adequate inventory levels, reports maintenance issues.
