Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Fleet Engineering Specialists to perform maintenance and repairs on marine craft machinery and equipment.
- Report daily manpower allocation updates to the Fleet Engineering Management team.
- Coordinate regularly with the Fleet Operations team to ensure timely maintenance and readiness of marine crafts for deployment.
- Champion innovation initiatives and oversee new vessel construction projects.
- Evaluate stock and non-stock inventory, recommending spare parts for routine and corrective maintenance.
- Develop and oversee maintenance schedules for all onboard and workshop equipment.
- Liaise with external partners, such as shipyards, to manage scheduled dockings and related projects.
