Job Summary Supports the Documentation Manager in delivering accurate documentation, quality customer service, and offshore operational support while ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities Monitor and coordinate with offshore to ensure prompt/accurate processing of Export Bill of Lading (BL) in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure completeness of BL manifesting to meet the respective Import country custom formalities. Support offshore in delivery of optimum service per the service level agreement...
