Description:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Executive to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and compliance of our property portfolio. In this role, you will be the backbone of our building operations, ensuring all M&E, HVAC and structural systems run efficiency with minimal downtime. You will lead the preventative maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and drive sustainability initiatives to optimize energy consumption.
As a key point of contact for tenants and management, you will balance the service delivery with strict adherence to Singapore’s building codes and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards. If you are a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take ownership of asset performance, we want you on our team.
