About The Role
The Executive, Ecommerce Distribution is a key driver of end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment excellence within DKSH's Supply Chain Management function. This role ensures that warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch activities are executed with precision and efficiency, directly supporting DKSH's commitment to outstanding customer service and e-commerce growth.
What You Will Deliver- Deliver accurate and timely e-commerce order fulfillment by overseeing picking, packing, and staging activities in alignment with customer service levels and delivery cut-off times.
- Optimize workforce allocation across fulfillment functions to sustain productivity, quality targets, and adequate coverage during peak periods and promotional campaigns.
