Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 per year

POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Director is the chief administrator and spokesperson of the organization, responsible for overall leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day operations. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director ensures the effective delivery of programs and services aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and values, particularly within an anti‑racist, anti‑oppressive feminist framework addressing violence against women and children.
