Join to apply for the Executive Director, Learning & Development role at TTEC. You will lead development, management and delivery of effective training solutions and strategies to meet client operational needs and metrics in traditional brick-and-mortar and virtual environments. You’ll support operational partners to develop and deliver superior training programs and drive a culture of training excellence, training innovation, and superior learning performance for the specified client program(s).
