Summary You will serve as a EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR in the COMMANDER NAVSURF GRU NORTHWEST. Responsibilities You will provide oversight for implementing and validating new or revised programs; establish acceptable parameters, and reviews management implementing principles. You will review programming documents received from higher headquarters (HHQ) to determine effect on mission. You will advise the commander on the integration of HHQ policies into command and subordinate command processes. You will participate without limitation in planning and coordinating all functions essential to the accomplishment of command mission. You will assist the Deputy Commander in the performance of long-range planning of activities concerning DDGs, determining program objective development.
