In this critical role, the Executive Director will oversee the long-term care home at Extendicare, focusing on strategic planning and operational management. You will cultivate a high-performing team, ensuring adherence to regulations while fostering a positive culture that enhances employee and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operations and manage funding streams effectively
• Ensure compliance with legislation and organizational standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for resident well-being
• Support team members and residents in daily needs
• Develop strategies that align with Extendicare’s goals
Requirements:
• University degree in Health, Business or Social Services
• Minimum five years' experience in health management
• LTC Administrator Certification preferred
