About You

• 1+ years of Leadership/coaching experience within the Federal Public Service
• Experience working with Senior Executives, including C‑suite employees at the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) level
• ICF Coaching Certificate is an asset
• Reliability Clearance
• Proficient in both English and French
