5-star hotel resort and wedding venue is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to oversee on-site restaurant operations, including conference facilities, weddings, and special events. Salary: R40,000–R50,000 live in | R50,000–R60,000 live out. Min 5 years’ experience with a proven track record in a busy hotel environment Stable employment history Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong leadership, organisational, and financial management skills
