Vesta Hotels & Resorts is opening a new restaurant at one of its four-star hotels in the heart of Jaipur — a contemporary all-day café and lounge bar. We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead the kitchen and shape the culinary identity of this new venue.
This is an opportunity for a talented and creative chef to take full ownership of a brand-new restaurant, developing its menus and standards from the ground up.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive Chef will lead the entire kitchen brigade and be responsible for the food across both the café and lounge-bar offerings. The role calls for a chef who can author menus with a genuine point of view, deliver consistent à la carte quality, and run the kitchen as a well-managed, profitable operation.
